How to Apply 3M DP810
Clean: While DP810 is "oil-tolerant," cleaning surfaces with a solvent like Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) will always provide the strongest bond.
Load: Place the Duo-Pak cartridge into the EPX applicator.
Purge: Dispense a small amount to ensure both parts are flowing freely.
Apply: Attach the mixing nozzle and apply directly to your substrate.
Set: Clamp or hold the parts together for 10 minutes until handling strength is achieved.
