Please Note; If this is the first time you are ordering a Scotch-Weld Adhesive. It will not work unless you have purchased the following items below;
- Scotch-Weld EPX Plus II Applicator - to apply the glue / adhesive
- EPX 10:1 Plunger - to be used with the above Applicator to correctly dispense the adhesive. The 10;1 plungers comes with the EPX II Applicator, or can be purchased seperately if you already have an applicator, but not this size pluger.
- Scotchweld EPX Square Orange Mixing nozzle - 45ml. This is attached to the end of the glue to get the correct adhesive mix when dispensing the adhesive
3M Scotch-Weld Acrylic Adhesive DP8410NS is a non-sag acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio. It features an 11 minute work life to allow time to position substrates prior to adhesion. This working life, open time and cure length can be altered with heat to decrease the cure time. Once fully cured, this adhesive will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in approximately 36 minutes, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring a high peel and impact performance. Full cure will be reached within 24 hours.

3M Scotch-Weld Acrylic Adhesive DP8410NS Green has been recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for use in electrical equipment and electric signs. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP8410NS Green has been tested for surface flammability, smoke, toxic gas generation, and caloric content per ASTM E162, ASTM E662, ASTM E1354, Bombardier SMP 800-C, and Boeing BSS 7239 test methods. 5 Minute Work Life with 20 Minutes to Structural Strength With non-sag properties you're assured the adhesive is applied exactly where you want it and won't migrate during the application or bonding processes. 3M Scotch-Weld Acrylic Adhesive DP8410NS bonds well to many materials, including most plastics, metals and oily surfaces. The bond created with this adhesive is durable and features excellent shear strength and impact resistance. And the 18-month room temperature shelf life of the product simplifies inventory management.
