Tesa 667 Series is a superior and high-performance EPDM rubber closed cell single sided foam tape with an acrylic adhesive. It offers high temperature resistance (-40°C to a maximum 115°C) as well as excellent resistance to UV light and moisture, making it ideal for even the most challenging outdoor applications. Tesa 667 is compatible with plastics and flame retardant to FMVSS 302. The tesa 667 EPDM foam backing has been tested in accordance to FDA 21CFR 177.2600 and complies with product extraction limits for distilled water.

The 667 series has a compatible product to each of the 6110 series foam tape, as listed below;

  • Tesa 61101 (1.6mm thick) is now known as 66701
  • Tesa 61102 (3.2mm thick) is now known as 66703
  • Tesa 61103 (4.8mm thick) is now known as 66704
  • Tesa 61104 (6.4mm thick) is now known as 66706
  • Tesa 61105 (9.5mm thick) is now known as 66709
  • Tesa 61106 (12.7mm thick) is now known as 66712
