Technical Observations; When using Kraft Paper -Machine length rolls (generally around 500metres in length) on any type - Auto, or Semi-Automatic Carton Sealers, there is virtually no changes that have to be made when changing from a plastic based tape over to a an Eco Friendly Adhesive Backed Paper Tape. Possibly the tension may have to be adjusted, other than that, you can make a straight swap of rolls, no major adjustments are required. The tape is easier to feed through when loading rolls due to the tape being thicker, having more "body." Using paper tape in your carton sealers, also on the bottom roll, you'll find the tape doesn't fold onto itself if pulled out too far from the rollers while waiting for a carton to be feed in for sealing, as is a common occourance using standard rolls of machine tape.
