3M Scotch-Weld EPX (Exact Proportioning and Mixing) Manual Applicators make dispensing two-component 3M Scotch-Weld Structural Adhesives clean, easy and efficient with minimal waste.
The manual hand motion drives the dual pistons directly into the Duo-Pak cartridge, applying equal pressure and feeding both adhesive components into the mixing nozzle (sold separately).
These manual applicators provide convenient take-it-to-the-job, on-site adhesive application without the need for air hoses or electrical cords.
3M EPX II Applicators come with plungers designed to mix adhesives at the correct ratios. Available plunger sizes include 10:1 and 2:1 mixing ratios.
Scotch-Weld Adhesives Designed For Each Plunger Include:
- 10:1 ratio (45ml size adhesives) - for use with DP8005, DP8805NS and DP8410NS
- 2:1 ratio (37ml size adhesives) - for use with compatible 2:1 ratio Scotch-Weld adhesives
