Die Cut Custom Size Gaskets are mechanical seals which fill the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into joined objects while under compression.
Die Cut Custom Size Flange Gaskets are used to create a static seal between two flange faces under various operating conditions, pressure ratings and temperatures. A gasket fills the microscopic spaces and irregularities of the flange faces to create a seal designed to prevent liquids and gases from passing through.

Our Custom Size (Die Cut) Gaskets are produced in a range of different thicknesses starting from 0.4mm thick, using different materials to suit your application. The majority of Die Cut Foam Gaskets we manufacture are adhesive backed, allowing them to be pre-applied and held in position while attaching or connecting your seals, products and components.
We manufacture very thin rubber gaskets under 1mm thick, through to thicker custom gasket specifications. If you require samples of gaskets made to your specifications, we can produce these if you are willing to purchase the die cut knife.
